Reporting Principle
  • A report shall be prepared based on a principle of 5 W’s and 1 H (Why, who, when, where and how).
  • A report shall be made under a real name in principle; in cases of anonymous reports, investigation shall be initiated only when proposed facts are explicit and verifiable.
  • Reports which are false or defamatory to individual executives/employees, affiliates and subcontractors shall be excluded from investigation.
